Mario Kart 8 - Time Trial - DS Wario Stadium 1'57"999 (With motion blur effect)

Here's my current PB on DS Wario Stadium (with a crap ton mistakes, I'm actually surprised it got sub 1'58) with the motion blur effect I've tested before. On this course, there is a side-effect to speeding up slowed down gameplay. There are shadows that appear to be moving quite quickly on the ground, that's probably because the shadows (for the clouds I think) were not scripted to slow down like everything else on the course when the gameplay is slowed through MKTV.
