Today I am going to reflect a mutton recipe, which is also said to be Bhuna Mutton Gosht. The gravy in it is semi dry, hence the name "Semi Dry Mutton". So without any delay lets reflect the recipe. Ingredients for this recipe are: 800g mutton on bones 3 large onions sliced 2 medium tomatoes blanched and deskinned 1 tablespoon tomato paste(optional) 1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic paste 1/2 cup yogurt 1 tablespoon green chillies pounded or minced (optional) 2 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 cup roughly chopped coriander leaves (kothimbir) 1 tablespoon ginger (chopped) 1/2 - 3/4 cup oil salt to taste spices powder: 1 Tablespoon coriander powder (dhaniya powder) 1 tablespoon cumin powder (jeera powder) 1/2 tablespoon Garam-masala powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder (Haldi) 1 tablespoon red chili powder (lal mirch powder) Whole spices: 7 cloves (loungh) 5 green cardamom (Hari elaichi) 3 black cardamom (kali/badi elaichi) 2 inch cinnamon stick (dalchini) 1 star anise (chakr phool) 1/4 tsp Caraway seeds (shahi jeera) 2 dried whole red chilli (sookhi lal mirch) 2 bay leaf (tej patta) For any queries, visit comment box, and type down your query over there.
