More than 40 unaccounted for amid Virginia flooding

More than 40 people remain unaccounted for in Buchanan County, Virginia after severe storms swept through Southwest Virginia, causing dangerous flash flooding. A state of emergency has been declared and more than 100 homes have been destroyed.
