NYPD commissioner responds to deadly subway attacks, shootings

Deadly subway attacks over the weekend, coupled with a rise in gun violence on New York City streets have painted a bleak picture of New York. Despite an increase in gun violence, the NYPD has reported an overall drop in crime citywide. Police Commissioner Dermot Shea spoke to PIX11 about the recent deadly subway attacks, shootings and what the force is doing to address them.
