Habibul Haque Section 100 of the Criminal Procedure Code deals with search warrants for the rescue of illegally detained persons. An analysis of this section makes it clear that if a magistrate has reason to believe that a person has been illegally detained যা which constitutes a felony, he may issue a search warrant. If the wife can prove that the husband has treated her cruelly, then the husband will not get the decree.
