INGREDIENTS Paneer cubes -200 gms Whole garam masala-cinnamon/cardamom Tomatoes 🍅 -3 nos Cashew nut - 15 nos Dried red chilli-3 nos Cream -10 ml Butter 🧈 -10 gms oil -5ml Chopped Onions 🧅 -1 nos Chopped green chilli-1 nos Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp Garam masala-1/2 tsp Kasuri methi-little Coriander leaves chopped-for garnish METHOD Boil the tomatoes 🍅 along with cashews and chilli in a pressure cooker for 2 whistle allow it to cool down then make a fine puree Now in a pan heat oil add whole spices add chopped onions and green chilli and saute them till they turn brown once onions are browned add ginger garlic paste and saute once raw flavour is gone add little chilli powder then the puréed tomatoes bring it to boil and simmer it for 10 minutes then season it with salt /garam masala and kasuri cook for 10 minutes on a slow fire Now add butter cubes and pinch of sugar not the gravy is ready Then lets fry the panner heat oil add turmeric and chilli powder and sear the paneer block all the sides then cut them into cubes add the paneer cubes and keep in simmer for 3-5 minutes Finish it with cream and chopped coriander And paneer butter masala is ready Always remember this “everybody can cook and everybody has to cook” Happy cooking 😊 Director, Chef and Host: Karthi Videographer: Karthi and mom Editor: Karthi #paneerbuttermasala #paneerbuttermasalarestaurantstyle #paneerbuttermasalaintamil
