A popular indo Chinese dish made by stir-frying the rice with choice of vegetables and Schezwan sauce. it is an extension to the fried rice recipe which does not have an extra ingredient of Schezwan chutney. it is popularly served with manchurian sauce and ideal for lunch or dinner.
