Not to hate CGI too much, but don't you just love stop motion in movies, like the old Ray Harryhausen films? Another great example of this technique is The Gate, a 1987 horrorfilm by director Tibor Takács. The film stars Stephen Dorff as a boy who discovers a giant hole in his backyard is a gateway to another world. A world of demons. In Remembering, The Springwood Slasher remembers some of those lesser known horror films and horror characters, that should not be forgotten.
