This recipe was made simply by starting with @gooddeesmix Blondies (which I got from @switchgrocery ). I made the mix according to the packaging, adding in 1 tsp orange zest, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1/4 cup SF dried cranberries and 1/2 cup keto white chocolate chips to the batter. Let the bars cool and then top with a layer of frosting, by mixing 1 8oz package of cream, 2 tbsps of butter, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 tsp orange juice, 3/4 cup powdered keto sweetener (or to taste).
