This absolutely ridiculous and borderline racist PSA from the late 90s is featured at the start of Buffy the Vampire Slayer VHS Slayer Pack Part 1. It was paid for by the Ad Council, and it features the image of McGruff the Crime Dog (he wants to "take a bite out of crime"), sponsored by the National Crime Prevention Council.
