Resident Evil Village PART 8 - Escape Moreau

Shortly before the arrival of Ethan Winters, Moreau attended a ritual in an abandoned cave church south-west of the village, during which Ethan's daughter, Rose, was crystallized by Miranda as ensurance for a ceremony which would revive her true daughter. Charged with guarding a flask containing Rose's remains, Moreau worried he would be abandoned by Miranda once she resurrected her true daughter, but was determined to protect the flask due to Miranda and the other house Lords looking down on him.
