Portland shooting: 2 teens injured near I-205 in southeast Portland

Officers responded to a shots fired call around 5:30 p.m. near Southeast 98th Avenue and Hult Street and found two victims, according to the Portland Police Bureau. A juvenile male was seriously injured with multiple gunshot wounds and an 18-year-old man had a minor injury, possibly from being grazed by a bullet, police said. Coming off a record-high number of shootings in 2021, gun violence has continued to surge in Portland.
