I was using high pressure burner in the video but I'm following the flame setting as if I'm using a regular stove top burners just like in my previous videos.. So when I say "high flame setting" I meant I set the flame to mimic the high flame setting of a regular stove top burners coz high flame setting in a high pressure burner is totally different to a high flame setting of a regular stove top burners.. thanks a lot for understanding.. 😉😊😁 NOTE!!! Adjust the amount of broth when meat is soft.. If broth is salty, which means it has reduced too much, you could add a bit more water until the broth is according to preference..
