MPs support calls for review of country’s leadership structure

The parliamentary leadership has come out to support the planned review of the number of Kenya’s elected representatives as recommended by an audit report on the implementation costs of the constitution. The report, tabled before the budget committee by a special team led by auditor general Edward Ouko, may however have to wait until after the 2017 general election to have its recommendations considered and acted upon.
