Last year, we ran a social media campaign asking our followers to pitch us simple story ideas that we could then turn into a short film. There was one response in particular that resonated with us: “What if emotional pain materialized on the body like a physical wound?” Over the years we’ve often looked at the therapeutic benefits that journalling can have, so we knew that this question had the potential to tackle preconceived notions of health and wellness.
