BEST Pho Experience!! GIANT Rib Combo Special + MORE (Bay Area Eats) . We are in San Leandro, California, eating at a Vietnamese restaurant called "Joe's Pho." This was high on my radar to try because Joe's Pho serves some massively delicious Vietnamese noodle soup bowls. Owner Joe says their food is authentic Vietnamese-style cooking, and I do not doubt him one bit. From Durian tri-colored deserts to spicy and delicious Bun Bo Hues, and a special combination rib in Pho dish, we were amazed by the complexity of ingredients, and mouth tantalizing flavors. This was definitely the BEST Pho experience I've had at a restaurant to date. I am eager to come stop by here again one day soon. They have an extensive menu with more items I'd like to feast on.
