Recipe For the bottom layer: •Grind 6-8 Biscoff biscuits. • Add melted butter • Mix and dab to make a smooth layer •set it in the refrigerator for 15 min For middle layer: •take 150gm of cottage cheese/paneer • add Little salt and grind • In the same mixture add 2 spoon of cream cheese • 2 spoon of condensed milk ( Uh can adjust as per ur taste ) • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence • mix and make the middle layer let it sit for 60-80 min in fridge For Top layer: • 1 spoon cream cheese • 1 spoon condensed milk • milk (as per consistency) • 2 Biscoff biscuits • 1 spoon cocoa powder • 5 gm butter Mix and make a smooth paste Let it set for 2-3 hrs in the fridge.
