Effector 5.Response All organs and systems work to gather Stimulus : is any change inside or outside the body, e.g. sound, sight, smell, pain or touch. Receptors: are sense organs which detect a stimulus, e.g. ears, eyes, nose, skin or tongue. Coordinators : are organs which receive information from receptors, e.g. brain and spinal cord.
