Westwood man accused of sending child porn over social media facing federal charges

CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A Westwood man accused of sending child porn via social media now faces federal charges. Patrick Moore was arrested in November. Investigators say he sent a graphic video to an undercover officer over the Kik messenger app. State charges came after agents searched his home and confiscated electronic devices that they say were used for illegal activity. Those charges were dismissed when a federal grand jury handed up a federal indictment. Moore faces at least 15 years in prison if convicted of producing and possessing child pornography.
