The first step is connecting the source Dropbox account—the one we want to clean up before transferring any files. Once connected, running a scan is a simple three-step process: choose your target Dropbox directory, set your parameters to analyze for duplicates (either across all files or custom file types), and start the scan. Mult Cleaner immediately begins analyzing the Dropbox storage, helping you isolate unnecessary content such as duplicate records, bloated files, and old storage clutter. Cleaning your directory here is a crucial best practice, as optimizing files before migration ensures you avoid wasting time or quota transferring useless data.
