One Green Mile, a 12-month-long Nucleus Office Parks streetscape project, has successfully redeveloped a one-mile stretch of street in Mumbai's central business district - the junction between Dadar, Elphinstone, and Lower Parel. The safe pedestrian pathways, 2.5-kilometre pedestrian walkway, and 2.5-kilometre dedicated cycling track have made life easier and safer for all kinds of commuters.
