One Bowl White Chocolate Pumpkin Blondies

Subscribe to our channel for more simple home made recipes!    / @samandfengcooking   Instagram:   / samandfengcooking   Printable recipe: Recipe: 1 cup butter 1 ½ cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice or 2 ½ tsp ginger, ½ tsp allspice, ½ tsp nutmeg 2 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 egg 1 cup pumpkin puree 2 ¼ cup flour 2 cups white chocolate chips 1. Brown the butter and let cool for 20 minutes. 2. Add the browned butter to a bowl, to that add the sugar, egg, vanilla and pumpkin puree. 3. Sift in the spices, baking powder, salt and flour. 4. Add in the white chocolate chips and stir until everything is just combined. 5. Line a 9”x13” pan with parchment paper, add the batter in. 6. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
