Russia has accused Ukraine of launching a drone strike which sparked a major fire at a fuel depot in Crimea. Local authorities in the port city of Sevastopol say the blaze was extinguished in an environment where a disaster occurred. According to a Ukrainian military intelligence official, 40,000 tonnes of oil to be used by Russia’s Black Sea Fleet were destroyed. It comes after 21 civilians died in Russian missile strikes on the central Ukrainian city of Uman.
