Juri Han MVC2 Mugen Release

I wanted to release Mileena and Juri since both are both are femme fatales. This character was a hot mess to fix coding. So many bugs and properties that needed fixing and tweaking was suppose to be an easy edit. I resized Juri smaller cause she is a 5'5". The other versions in Juri lack many voices. Juri is a tease in battle. So I added more voices for her. Just like Reptile and Mileena, Juri will be have voice diaglogue in mid battle during throws and some moves.
