Is China Making a US Hit List?

The Chinese Communist Party has been vacuuming up US user data for years, and there's no telling what all it's doing with it. A mainland Chinese blogger who is a member of the CPPCC said a resolution he put forth creating a Taiwan hit list was passed this year. It's not clear if that's true, but if it is, it wouldn't be far fetched to think China is creating a US hit list as well.
