Depositing 9999 coins worth of moons but SAND KINGDOM

Another 9999 coin moon video??? This can’t be! This is the amount of moons you get for max coins in Super Mario Odyssey. I managed to max out my coin counter to 9999 by playing hide it and find it in Luigi's balloon world, granting me a lot of coins, I would recommend that if you would like to obtain 9999 coins, you do it in a "boosted" kingdom, you will get a notification when a kingdom's coins are boosted and if you visit Luigi in that kingdom, he will tell you about the boosted coins. If you can in find it you should try to get as high a streak as possible to get as many coins as fast as possible, this means that you will need to pick balloons very carefully, looking at the players' ranks and how far the balloons are from you (you will get a feel for where balloons are hidden based off distance over time) make sure not to pick any clipped spots (in some kingdoms you can go out of bounds with glitches) as they can be hard to pull off and will waste time (the faster you find a balloon the more coins you get).
