Weekly Braves Rant: Dansby Swanson Sent to AAA || Braves Could Get Sonny Gray

Dansby Swanson got sent down to AAA and it's too bad. You never like when a player has to go down a level to fix his mechanics. I think that Dansby could have fixed things at the major league level, but there was nowhere to get him any at bats with. I'm still hopeful that he will put things together. His issues are on his approach, not mechanical. Also the trade deadline is approaching and the Braves are in discussion with the Athletics about Sonny Gray. I believe that they'll be making a play at him, just based on the way the market is shaping up, but I could definitely be wrong about that. A lot is to be determined in the next few days.
