This Incident happened On Saturday March 6 2021 Mr Clarke receive a Call from another tenant that the city was removing his signs ,,mr clarke rushed outside confronted the city worker and this video shows the city worker attacking mr clarke in the middle of the road way and then threaten to kill mr clarke ,,My Clarke after the assault and threat of death feared this city worker was going to try and run him over in the road if he had attempted to stop him from leaving until the police came so mr clarke used sound judgement knowing that this matter was being recorded and took his sign went home and contacted 311 toronto and the police,This Individual Must Be REMOVED Immediately From Working with the Public no city worker has the right to attack citizens in any dispute..period.Tenant From the Build witness the assault from their balcony and are willing to testify to the assault ,unfortunately we may not hear the death threats in the video due to the loudness of my voice out of to the shock of this individual actions of attacking me with a broom..
