The NFL doesn't care about a fair punishment - the league wants to EMBARRASS Deshaun Watson

With the NFL appealing Deshaun Watson's six game suspension, is there anyway this process is fair towards Watson or is it just a way to embarrass the Cleveland QB? Peter C. Harvey already has ties to Rodger Goodell and the NFL leading many to believe he will do whatever the will of the league is.
