Kanye West went to court after an alleged assault against a female photographer. Ye was caught on camera getting in the face of a photographer, reaching into her car to grab her phone, and then chucking it into the street. The Ventura County District Attorney's Office deemed the phone only received minor damaged due to its protective case. The female photographed opted not to press charges, leaving one less thing for Ye to worry about.
