Ousted former Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales reaches tentative settlement with city

Former Police Chief Alfonso Morales and the City of Milwaukee have reached a tentative settlement, which will keep Morales from resuming his old job this Thursday, Mayor Tom Barrett announced Tuesday.
