Dual colour light effect in canva tutorial by DLC Ventures India

In this tutorial video, I have shared how to make a dual colour light effect in Canva with the help of some easy steps. It is also known as the dual colour light glow effect in a portrait as it creates a lighting glow in the portrait or the image for which the effect is being used. Dual-tone is the main essence of this effect and for this effect, we have used pink and blue light which is creating a neon glow in the portrait. It is quite a realistic effect as it creates an outer glow effect in the picture.
