FREE SEEDS!! How to get free plants from your garden & make your favourite plants for free!

A job for the weekend(s) or over the next few weeks! 👏🏻 This was recorded July 24th - normally from the end of July to late August can be a lull for me & for my parent's bee keeping regards nectar levels. After months of hard graft, it all pays of as the garden can naturally hold its own these few weeks with no immediate assistance required. I've strong colour everywhere right now, & I can see the autumnal plants pushing through ready to take over once the summer plants start to fade out. No rest for the wicked however, I treat this time as a preparation period, I will get the greenhouse & tunnel tidied up soon but first some seed collection from spring & early summer plants! I'm collecting Lupins, Poppies & Honesty for now other things I will collect will be Camassia, Foxgloves, Alliums, Teasels ect If you don't do this already, I cannot encourage you enough to start! Seed collection is so environmentally beneficial, cost effective and lets you have your favourite plants & the strain for years on years, plus you can time stamp the seed, so you know first-hand how fresh it is - not all seed suppliers disclose the time frame seed is collected & packaged from.
