I want to show other kids (and adults) how easy it is to create some simple and tasty recipes. We'll be mostly in our own kitchen but occasionally featuring some of my favourite cooks & chefs from my travels. Ingredients for the best Basil Pesto Recipe 3 generous handfuls of fresh basil leaves (picked off stems & washed) a clove of garlic a tbsp of butter (heaped table spoon) a tbsp of Philadelphia cheese about 1 cup of Parmesan and / or Pecorino cheese 1 handful of pine nuts season to taste with salt &pepper about 200ml of good olive oil to bind the mixture
