MK11 - Noob [113+BF1 Okizeme] {Sickle Toss Variant 2.0}

This version covers more options by sacrificing even more damage than originally intended to maintain the original spacing/positioning of the character. It might not be universal, but it seems to cover most options. It keeps losing to forward roll and it seems to lose to some U2/U3's, but that'll be character specific.
