Rolling blackouts intensify, with stage five kicking in at this hour and stage 6, later this evening. The ANC says it has deliberated on how to best rebuild Eskom in order to put an end to loadshedding by the end of this year. Johannesburg Water has warned that it may take a while for it to restore water supply to many parts of the city as rolling blackouts have severely constrained reservoirs and towers.
