Theft 9XX N 5th St DC# 14 26 063887

East Detective Division is looking to identify and locate the suspect wanted for a theft in Lower Kensington. On November 29, 2014, at 11:50 am, an unknown white or Hispanic female was captured on surveillance video approaching the complainant’s residence on the 9XX block of North 5th Street then sitting on the front steps. A short time later the suspect removes a package that was delivered prior containing clothing valued at $20 dollars from the front door and places it beside her. A few seconds later the suspect takes the package and left the area. Suspect Description: White or Hispanic female, shoulder length curly hair pull in a pony tail, light complexion, heavy build, wearing a black waist length jacket, and dark blue jeans.
