inFAMOUS: Second Son Glitch: Out of Bounds

Quite a long time ago, while doing a secret agent mission in Paramount, the agent (unintentionally) teleported out of bounds and killed himself. I was confused on what happened, so I tried getting over it. This is the result. For those who are confused, I fell out of bounds, and out of bounds, there is water. So when you try to head back to land, you appear under the water part and die. Also, it ONLY works with Video (and I think you need the double boost, too.) You can't climb walls with Smoke, and you're stopped by an invisible wall if you use Light (Which, seeing of how you can use Video repeatedly without stopping when scaling a wall, let's you bypass it, causing this to happen.)
