Summary: Fernclaw (fernclouds name in this au) is staring into the distance as dustpelt ignores her once again while talking with sandstorm. (Flashback) fernpaw and ashpaw are leading the dogs away and they don’t realize they left brindleface and camp. Fernpaw trips and falls over. She is a bout to get up but the dog gets to her first and it slashes a scar over her eye. Dustpelt was watching her the whole time and didn’t save her. He doesn’t even help her up once the dog was gone because he was to scared. She’s wakes up and fireheart tells her that brindleface died. He comforts her bye licking her. She’s really sad when she touches he moms cold dead body. She goes to her grave and puts a buttercup on it because her mom use to love buttercups. Fernclaw is looking around camp. Thunderclan needs new kits so she looks for a mate. Dustpelt is the only suitable Tom cat. She makes a list writing what’s good about him but they are all questionable. Then she remembers when she left her to die. They become mates still. (End of flashback) dustpelt and fernclaw are fighting. She is so angry so she puts her tail over his face to shut him up. But he suffocates. (Time skip) there in the new territory and Fernclaw and Squirrelflight get together. Brambleclaw is mad that Squirrelflight chose Fernclaw over him so he slashes her eye and Squirrelflight is reasonably mad. Brambleclaw and Squirrelflight get together. Fernclaw is mad that she broke up with her. (Timeskip) she starts a fire and the three are trapped. Squirrelflight says there not her kits. So Fernclaw acts so sorry for starting the fire. They hold paws and Fernclaw unsheathes her claws. It surprises Squirrelflight so he falls of the fallen tree. The three are sad that there mother died. Lionblaze is the most sad because he loved Fernclaw and Squirrelflight. And Fernclaw betrayed him. (She still does suckle them when Squirrelflights milk doesn’t come). He unsheathes his claws and leaps on Fernclaw she falls over and he slashes her throat. She remembers all the bad brown tabby’s. And the dog that slashed her eye. She dies.
