Uncharted 2 - Lazarevic Boss Fight - Crushing Difficulty - No Deaths

I don't know about you guys but I didn't find this final boss fight as troublesome as I expected. If you've played the game this far on Crushing then nothing Lazaveric throws at you is surprising or unavoidable.
