This morning in Mykolaiv there was a number of strong explosions because of attacks by the Russian military on residential districs of the city. The current day, the Russian army fired on a hospital in Sievierodonetsk. The head of Luhansk Regional Military Administration said that the enemy was aiming and fired at the institution for more than an hour. A fire broke out and was extinguished. 9 people were injured.
