GTA SA Vigilante\Cop mission glitch 12 levels easiest and fastest way

The idea is taken from www.stratege.ru Works on PS2 version of the game. I tried and filmed this clip on ps5, also works on ps4. Basically just go in and out of CB, the restaurant position spawns enemies far away and the game despawns them when you enter the place.
