Foetracer is a Good Rare but Here's How to Make it a Good Exotic | Destiny 2

Foetracer is bad but I want to change that. wall hacks are a very scary mechanic to balance but making it require an ability charge and around 1 second of downtime helps especially if you need to stare them down.
