Boneless Chicken Masala recipe by Culinary Classic Yummy spicy gravy with boneless chicken. Easy and quick to cook. Full of aroma and taste. Recipe in English Ingredients Boneless chicken half kg Yogurt (200 grms) Tomato paste (200 grms) Fried onion (2 medium size) Salt (1 teaspoon) Red chilli powder (1 tea spoon) Turmeric powder ( 1 tea spoon) Garam masala (1 tea spoon) Chat masala ( 1 tea spoon) Chopped capsicum (1 medium size) Boiled rice 200 grms (optional) Macaroni 200 grms (optional) Method Marinate boneless chicken with all spices, yoghurt and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan, add marinated chicken stir slowly and let it cook for 10 minutes. Let the chicken get tender. Add tomato paste in it and cook then add fried onion and it on low flame for 10 minutes. Add capsicum and stir then cook the gravy for 5 minutes. Boneless chicken masala is ready. Either serve it with naan, chapati, paratha or spread boiled rice and macaroni in a platter then top it with chicken masala and serve it.
