December 7, 2025 AM Worship Service Speaker: Deacon Henry Murillo Title: Grace in Motion Text: Hebrews 10:19-25 Grace in Motion Hebrews 10:19-25 Hebrews 10 centers on the complete sufficiency of Christ’s sacrifice and the call to believers to respond with faith, perseverance, and holy living. I. The Gospel Foundation (What Christ has done) Vs. 19-21 A. We have confidence to enter God's presence. V. 19 B. Christ opened a new and living way. V. 20 C. We have a great High Priest. V. 21 II. The Gospel Response (What believers must do) Vs. 22-25 Because of what the Lord Jesus Christ has done, the Bible now gives us three (3) gospel-powered responses – 3 “Let us” commands. A. Let us draw near. V. 22 1. Draw near with a true Heart. 2. Draw near with full assurance of faith. 3. Draw near with cleansed hearts and lives. B. Let us hold fast. V. 23 1. Hold fast the confession of hope. 2. Hold fast without wavering. 3. Hold fast because God is faithful. III. Let Us Consider One Another Vs. 24-25 A. Be intentional: “Consider One Another” Acts 2:42-47; Galatians 6:2 B. Stir Up Love and Good Works V. 24; Galatians 6:10; 1 Thessalonians 5:11; Philippians 2:4; John 13:34-35 C. Do not Neglect Meeting Together V. 25; 1 Peter 5:8; Ephesians 6:11 D. Encourage One Another as the Day Approaches 2 Timothy 3:1-5; Matthew 24:9; 2 Timothy 4:3-4 Conclusion: Because Christ: opened the way, tore the veil, and stands as our Great High Priest – Therefore, we must: draw near in worship, hold fast in hope, and consider one another in love. This is Gospel in Motion or a Gospel-Shaped Life.
