Israeli Fighter Jets Strike Hamas Military Targets

On Sunday, Israeli fighter jets bombed military positions and infrastructure belonging to Hamas' armed wing in Gaza. There have been no reported injuries. The operation was in retaliation for alleged Hamas missile attacks on Israel. Israeli fighter jets fired air-to-ground missiles at military targets and facilities in the central and southern Gaza Strip Earlier on Saturday, 11 September The Israeli Defense Forces announced that a rocket fired from Gaza had been intercepted by the Iron Dome missile defence system .It was second such attack in less than 24 hours Militants in Gaza  launched a rocket at Israel's southern border. It was intercepted in mid-flight by the Iron Dome Aerial Defense System.
