Tired of repainting multi-color models after import? In this video I show the clean way to map a designer’s colors to your own AMS filaments using the Sync → Make mapping workflow in Bambu Studio. No repaint. No chaos. What you’ll learn • Why imported 3MF projects show the designer’s AMS colors • The wrong ways that waste time (override at print, manual repaint) • The right way to remap source colors to your filaments with Make mapping • A quick refresh trick when colors look stuck Quick steps 1. Open the model. 2. Click Sync. Stay on mapping. 3. Check the top row for the model’s original colors. 4. Confirm the bottom row maps to your filaments. • If a color is wrong, click and choose the filament you want. 5. Click Synchronize. 6. Slice. Print. Troubleshooting • Preview not updating after Sync • Nudge the panel divider to force a UI refresh. Links mentioned • Demo model: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/home/...
