British Prime Minister Winston Churchill arrives at a railway station on a train belonging to the Pennsylvania Railroad. Churchill gets down from the train, he is wearing a hat and smoking a cigar. Many of the people there to greet him are wearing hats - it looks cold. As Churchill goes to his car he waves his hat in greeting to the crowds. He is driven away with a motorcycle escort.
