The row over the ‘smoking Kaali’ poster has blown up now with the TMC MP tweeting a poem defending her actions. Moitra tweeted, ” Bring it on BJP! Am a Kali worshipper. I am not afraid of anything. Not your ignoramuses. Not your goons. Not your police. And most certainly not your trolls. Truth doesn’t need back up forces.” BJP has demanded Moitra’s arrest for her comments on Goddess Kaali. Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra on Tuesday said that Kaali, for her, was a meat-eating, alcohol-accepting goddess.
