Youtube "Daily Upload Limit Reached". Doesn't say the limit, but I think it's 10

Recently I was uploading my poorly made home videos to youtube.. and I received the error "Daily upload limit reached". It doesn't tell you how many videos you can upload max. But based on the number I uploaded.. it seemed to be 9 or 10. NOTE: my account is phone verified. If you don't verify by phone.. the number may be less. Anyways.. I checked support google's website.. and they don't give you a fixed number of uploads. Sigh... It says you have to wait 24 hours before you can upload again.
